Disclaimer: Coastal Construction and Services is a sole proprietorship based on the Island of Maui, operating legally under Hawaiʻi law. We provide property maintenance, handyman work, and general labor support for jobs under $1,500 and not requiring permits or licensed trades (e.g., plumbing or electrical). We comply with all applicable tax, labor, and insurance regulations and may subcontract under licensed contractors as needed. We maintain a current Hawaiʻi General Excise Tax license and provide formal invoices for all services. Our work is conducted with professionalism, transparency, and within the legal limits for unlicensed entities.
